UEFA launches live scores service

Referee appointments, venues and kick-off times now centrally available on uefa.com

uefa.com, the official website of UEFA, has launched a new live scores service that provides an easy-to-use overview of all UEFA matches – including club, national team, futsal, women's, youth and amateur competitions – with live updates from across Europe.

The page carries a day-by-day summary of the action, including kick-off times, venues, referee appointments and links to further information. It also serves as a central point of reference for live minute-by-minute updates from all 1,800 or so UEFA matches as they take place.

With this new service in place for the season UEFA will no longer be issuing the traditional press releases for media announcing the referee appointments for upcoming club competition matches (UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League) as these will now be available 48 hours before a match on the live score page.

In addition, the live scores service can be browsed by date or by competition to find out when the next game of any team participating in a UEFA competition is. If there is no match in a particular competition for the selected date, links are provided to latest results and next fixtures whenever available. The live scores service can also be used to look back at past results and upcoming fixture dates from the current season.

The live scores service is available in ten different languages via the following links:
