Delegations from Latvian FF, Lithuanian FF and Belarus FA participated in UEFA Grassroots Study Group Scheme course in Oslo organised by Norwegian FA. During four days programme were discussed important ideas of promoting Grassroots football in these countries and whole Europe.

Norway has made a lot of success in building football infrastructure all over the country, so their experiance could be usefull in implementing Grassroots programms in Latvia such as building minipitches, organising volountary work in clubs, and many more.

Participant delegations visited also training sessions for boys and girls at „Valerenga” and „Skeid” football clubs, as well as hosting Norway FA headquarters at „Ullevall” stadium in Oslo.
