Top football referees from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia visited a Baltic States referees Methodical Conference in Riga Olympic Sports Centre on Saturday, January 30th with a lecturer from Northern Ireland Mr. Alan Snoddy, currently UEFA Referee Observer, a Mentor in the UEFA Referee Taklent programme, and a member of the UEFA Referee Conventional Panel.
